Sewper Mutant Vs. The Rain

Just a little experiment in Photoshop with lighting and blurring; not to mention its the first completed thing I've drawn entirely in Photoshop in awhile. Lately I've been sketching on paper, scanning, and then adjusting those drawing before going over them digitally. So this was a nice change of pace. As for Sewper Mutant here, I've actually been in the process of writing and developing a full-fledged comic of him. But it might not be what you're expecting; more on that in due time...
